Looking Through the Lens of Grace Volume 2

To live Christian lives, we must base our lives on the truth, not religion. It can be difficult to discover that something we believed all our lives is simply religious tradition that contradicts God’s Word. Because of God’s love for us, we are now free from useless self-effort and enabled to do what we could never do on our own. When we get born again and die to our old, sinful selves, we are indeed free from sin; however, because God has given us freedom of choice, we can choose for ourselves whether or not to keep sinning. If we fail to differentiate between the act of sinning and the old, sinful root of a man, we can be born again but think that we are still sinners when we commit a sinful act. Grow in your understanding of the revelation taught in this series and allow the Holy Spirit to lead you into experiencing the true depth of your freedom in Jesus.
