Servanthood: The Pathway to Success

We live in a time in which everyone wants to be successful, but no one wants to do what is necessary to be a success. Most people want to be the boss, but few are willing to be a servant. Real success means accomplishing God’s will for our lives. If we want to succeed, we must be willing to walk the same path that Jesus walked and take on the role of a servant. There is no changing this truth. Jesus Christ gave us the perfect example of what it means to serve others. He taught His followers to lead lives of unselfish service, and expects believers to do the same. Submitting our wills to God’s will and letting the Holy Spirit lead us gives us hearts to serve and makes us into the image of Christ.
