The Great Discovery

When life gets busy and we get caught up in the details of what we are doing at the moment, we can sometimes forget about God’s overall plan for our lives. This plan values us highly, and it reveals to us the details of how we fit in with the grand scheme of everything He created. It has our well-being in mind, and it gives us hope for the future. In His plan, God has mapped out in great detail everything He wants for us; we must not only visualize ourselves in it, but actively pursue it. However, the enemy does not want us to know about God’s plans for us; the devil deceived Adam and Eve, and he wants to deceive us as well. With this in mind, we must believe that God’s plan specifically includes us. Learning what He has in mind for us, both individually and as members of the body of Christ, can well be the greatest discovery of our lives.
