Winning in Spiritual Warfare

Christians are engaged in a spiritual battle with the devil. Everything that happens in our lives is a product of our mindset; in this respect, our minds are the battleground where the fight takes place. How we think determines whether we win or lose in life. We render the enemy powerless by renewing our minds to conform to God’s way of thinking. Our faith in Jesus and our decision to be humble and submit to God’s Word are powerful weapons the devil cannot stand up to; he cringes in fear and runs when we do this. We know we are winning the fight when we are at peace and confident in God’s promises of grace. Resting confidently in what Jesus did on the cross puts the enemy under our feet, and we will win in spiritual warfare!
