Financial giving is a way we prove to ourselves our trust in God, but unbelief and fear can make us afraid to give. Money is one thing that can make us stumble in our Christian walk, which is why God tells us to trust Him over wealth and riches. If fear prevents us from giving financially, fear is most likely an issue in other areas of our lives, as well. We must fight against fear with everything we have, because it opens the door to what we are most afraid of coming to pass in our lives. We must shut fear down and walk in faith.
