Results of Rest

As people under the covenant of grace, we find our rest in Jesus, who is literally the Word of God. By receiving all the finished works of Jesus Christ, we are empowered to enter into God’s rest. In this place of rest wherein we maintain confidence and trust, we can experience the manifestations of what Jesus did two thousand years ago. When Jesus said, “It is finished,” all of God’s promises to us were cemented into place. We see manifestations of what He’s already done by constantly renewing our mind with the Word.
